You have an overview of your bills at “My page” (in Norwegian).
You will normally receive an electricity bill each month, i.e. 12 bills a year. But there are exceptions, for example systems that are registered as cabins are billed less frequently.
You can choose whether you would like to receive the bill at the beginning, middle or end of the month. To change when the bill is sent to you, please contact the customer service centre.
If a bill contains late charges these refer to a previous bill that was not paid when due.
