Altibox Internet and alarm have a period of notice of 12 months. After that the period of notice is the end of the relevant month plus one month.
Altibox TV packages and IP telephony also run to the end of the relevant month plus one month.
Mobile phone services and electricity do not have a period of notice.

If you'd like to cancel your entire customer relationship with Lyse, or just one or two services, you have the following choices:
Some products have a binding period.
You send notification of a change of address via the change of address form (in Norwegian). You must have the following information available:
- Moving date
- Meter reading
- Meter number
- If you are moving in: Meter number or the old occupant's name and address
